Decent code. Awful communication. Slower than promised. Did not follow design notes, then proceeded to waste 2 days arguing about it. Will not use again.

Similar to the review from Mark, their code is clean. BUT they took longer than expected and the final html did not render like the PSD in all browsers. There were significant issues with IE, mouseovers on navigation tabs did not work, dropdowns looked odd in various browsers, and the text spacing was off on some pages. When I emailed identifying that there were problems, instead of fixing everything quickly and sending an update --- it became a thread of emails saying it worked on their side, this is how the files need to be organized, etc. I asked 3 times when it would be fixed and it was never answered via email. We ended up having to get someone else to do the html. We will NOT use them again.
