Out of all the companies I choose to work with, Yummie CSS were the one. However I would strongly recommend that people wanting to use them think twice. If you are serious about business and have serious clients, rather consider more reliable people to work with. Yummie CSS from my experience wasted my time and were extremely unprofessional. After sending 5 emails BEGGING FOR AN UPDATE or communication over 5 days from multiple email accounts, they did not bother to reply to me. I even gave them my mobile number. Nothing... dead quite as if there was no-one there. I have been in the web industry for over 16 years and merely needed a firm to assist us with excess work. The projects I gave them were good projects and I had further work lined up for them. Yummie CSS don’t have phone number on their website, their MSN chat does not work and their domain name is protected so you cannot contact them there. They DID NOT set up a Basecamp account for communication and project updates as their website indicated. COMMUNICATION is their biggest downfall and the most important. They also did not deliver ANYTHING after the agreed 5 day period – not even a preview! All in all it was a bad experience that caused unnecessary stress to me and I was very embarrassed to go back to my clients and tell them no work was done. No way to run a business. Of course each story has two sides so let me clear this issue: payment – I was more than happy to pay the FULL amount upfront, I gave them a detailed introductory email BEFORE the accepted and told them to be honest and outline anything they need. So from the start they had full opportunity to ask questions, issues queries and talk to me. They failed me on all accounts. May advice, rather stay away from Yummie CSS; they will cost you a lot more then time and money!
