At first I had 2 positive experiences with Xhtmlchop, but I feel that after I started sending them more work they started to cut corners and the quality of there work went down. On a positive note I will say that they will keep making changes to the design if you ask for more changesthem and they wont stop until your 100% satisfied. But the bad part about that is it has taken them forever to finish my latest design, the psd files I have sent them (4 pages) have literally taken 2 weeks which is un acceptable, and the wordpress site I sent them took over 2 weeks which i find a bit ridiculous. I will say the service is great for just html and css, just dont use there javascript services, or wordpress services and lastly if you want cufon or sifr you need to ask for it specifically otherwise they will cut corners and just use @font-face. I would recommend them only if you are willing to take the time to tell them to fix errors that they have made.
