horrible company. SCAM SCAM. I sent them a file 3 weeks ago, paid in advance as they required and followed up with them a few days after I sent off the files. They said they were slicing it and would be done soon. Then I never heard from them again. We're now 3 weeks later and still no response. Ive been emailing every day and no response. Here is a link with several other people who have had the same experience. http://www.cssburst.com/rapidxhtml DO NOT USE THEM. SCAM.

1. If you're in the US, make sure you factor timezones. Though it may be 4 business days for someone in the US, for them, it translates into 5 - so yeah, factor that in. 2. Were very specific in a PSD and they ignored instructions. 3. Images are way over-compressed. They look terrible. 4. There are design elements out of place and not exactly (or even close to) how they were designed. In the end - you get what you pay for. Next time, we're investing more money.

Avoid RAPIDXHTML this company is a FRAUD. They won't do any service for you. They will charge your credit card and then disappear. A lot of people were cheated by them. You can get your money back via PAYPAL DISPUTE !

Scam here as well. Initially, there was excellent communication with Ben and we were really excited to work with them! There were 12 unique pages to code, plus integration with MODx and FoxyCart. But once we submitted the initial payment of $600, we never heard from them again! I'd log in to the client area and there were never any updates to status or any files whatsoever. However, once the deadline date had passed (about 2 weeks later), the status was changed to "completed", again with no files supplied. We've disputed the charge, but I wish I would have seen this site before we agreed to go with them. Not recommended at all.

Ben was my contact at rapidxhtml. He answered my initial emails quickly and my site was indeed done in the time specified… 5 working days. There were additional charges for .js which needed to be paid before delivery. I paid within minutes of the project completion. HOWEVER the moment I paid in full was when communication from Ben stopped. the project files took an additional 3 days to deliver, which made my project late to the client. Ben wouldn't return any of my emails for those three days. What's worse is that the .js wasn't working properly during development. Ben made the fixes but the project files I received (eventually) must've be a previous build because they contained the original errors. Despite repeated emails and requests that he send the correct source files, 3 weeks later I haven't heard from Ben. I regret my choice to use rapidxhtml.com. I won't make the same mistake twice.

Forget it. Bad communication, poor newsletter integration results, not as fast as they say.

RapidXHTML is GREAT! They may have had a bumpy start, but after talking with Ben, he said they are working very hard to improve their service. Instead of outsourcing services, they now provide them in house. After reading all of these bad reviews on them, I took a chance. Less than 24 hours later, they produced the first result - and it was AMAZING. I'm very excited to have started working with them and hope for a long term relationship. They are too good to pass up - make your own decision before trusting the bad reviews on this site and others.

Ben at rapidxhtml.com is a worthless scammer. He's a liar and a thief. After completing an initial round of PSD-to-XHTML coding for me, I trusted him enough to pay him, in advance, for many more home page design codings. That was a mistake. The thief has not delivered ANYTHING and has ignored all of my many direct emails and message board posts at rapidxhtml.com over the last 2 months! I have instructed my attorney to file a shut-down demand with the host and registrar of rapidxhtml.com. Ben seems to think that he is safe just because he's in Malaysia. That's fine--I will shut down his site(s), which are bound by American law and controlled by ICANN (also bound by US law and responsible for all .com, .net, and .org domains). I encourage other victims to do the same.

This is a SCAM. I never hear from them again after they took my $50. Next time I should do my research first. I hope Paypal will return my money.
